For Credit and Debit Cards
- Upon checkout, you will be directed to payment options.
- We accept credit and debit card payments via Paymaya and Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can choose to “Pay as guest.”
- For credit and debit cards, we accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.
Bank Deposit / Transfer
- We accept bank deposits and online transfers.
- After the payment has been made, please make sure to email us a copy of your transaction at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Orders will not be processed until a copy of the payment transaction has been received by our team.
Payment Upon Delivery
- We also accept cash on delivery via Lalamove for orders within Metro Manila.
Delivery and Shipping Information
- Your orders will be delivered via Lalamove within 1-3 business days after payment for your order has been completed.
- Deliveries within Metro Manila are free.
- For cash on delivery, our courier will contact you on the day of the delivery. Please have your payment ready.
- Same-day delivery is possible within Metro Manila only and is subject to an additional fee of Php 400.00.
- Your order qualifies for same-day delivery if it is made and settled on or before 3pm.
- You may also opt to make the payment on delivery through our delivery team, Lalamove.
- Your orders will be delivered to your doorstep within 5-7 business days.
- There is an additional delivery fee of Php 500.00 for all orders outside of Metro Manila.

Returns and Exchange
Before sending out each order, our team makes sure that the items packed are in their best quality. If you are not complete satisfied, please take note of our returns and exchange policy:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned within seven days of purchase with all tags attached and with complete packaging.
- You may opt to have a size exchange.
- Returns and exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted.
- Cancellation of fully paid orders are not allowed. No cash refund is permitted.
- If you discover a defect in your item(s), please contact us within 24 hours upon receipt.
- Fees for returns and exchange is the customer’s account.
- Items will be picked up and delivered by our courier service. You may receive your new item within 3-5 business days.
- We recommend that you wash your Patton pieces separately using delicate settings with a maximum temperature of 110C or via gentle hand wash.
- Do not bleach and do not tumble dry.
- Use mild detergents and products.
