The following terms and conditions apply to all products and any related service made on www.pattonstudio.com (the “Website”). By placing an order or engaging into any form of transaction through the Website or via email, you agree to be bound by, and accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change by Patton, a trade name of AtelierPCA Incorporated, a registered corporation in Manila, Philippines, without prior notice at any given time.

Product Information

All products displayed are available on the Website. Product information on the Website is subject to change without prior notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and Patton reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any inaccuracies including after an order has been submitted.  While we have made every effort to display the colors and details of our products on the Website, the colors will still depend on the monitor or device used. 

Product Orders

All orders are subject to the acceptance of the company and its product availability. 

All orders are placed through the Website. 

Patton reserves the right to decline orders should the company deem the transaction to be malicious or if there are any discrepancies found. 

All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time for any reason. 

Product Prices and Pricing Policy

Price of each product is presented on the shop page, product page and checkout prior to the completion of the order. Product prices do not include taxes and shipping fees.

Prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material available on or through the Website infringes upon any copyright you own or control, please immediately notify us by emailing us at askme@pattonstudio.com.

Privacy Policy

We care about data privacy and security. By using the Website, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these Terms of Use. Please be advised that the Website is hosted in the Philippines.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. 

User Registration

You may be required to register with the Website. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene or otherwise objectionable. 

Delivery and Shipping Information

Philippines

Your package will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days. There is a standard Php 280 delivery fee for orders within Metro Manila. 

Same day shipping within Metro Manila is possible for orders made on or before 3:00pm with a standard fee of Php 400. Delivery is any time between 1:00pm to 6:00pm. Not applicable on Sundays and holidays. Delays may still occur due to weather conditions, vehicular trouble, failed delivery attempts, and other events that are out of our control. 

Orders above Php 5000 qualify for free shipping within Metro Manila.

For provincial orders, shipping may take 3 to 12 business days for it to be delivered to you. There is a standard Php 400 delivery fee for orders outside Metro Manila.

You will be receiving a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

Worldwide

We ship worldwide via DHL.

Your package will be delivered within 3 to 15 business days, excluding customs processing times. You will be receiving a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is shipped. 

Shipping fees will be calculated upon checkout of your order and will depend on your address, and rates do not include additional fees such as import duties and taxes charged by your local customs authority. All fees will be shouldered by the Customer.

Shipping Risks

PATTON is not responsible for any action and/or additional costs due to delays, customs processing time, and lost or mis-delivered packages over which it has no control. Should these issues occur, you may directly contact our courier to file a dispute.

Payments

We accept credit and debit card payments via Maya. 

For credit and debit cards, we accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, etc. Payment is secure by the partners in charge of transactions. Upon checkout, your transaction will be converted into Philippine currency (PHP). 

Cash on delivery is not available.

Store Credit

Contact askme@pattonstudio.com if you would like to use your remaining store credit. It can be used for any and all future orders.

Return & Exchange

Items are packed in their new and best quality. If you wish to return an item, please notify us via email at askme@pattonstudio.com.

Online Orders

We allow a 30-day return and exchange starting from the date the package was shipped out provided that returned items must comply with our return and exchange policy.

Item/s must be sent back to our headquarters for quality checking which may take 1 to 3 business days upon receipt of your package. Customer will be notified via email should we need additional information or questions before processing the return and exchange.

Item must be in its original unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unstained, and undamaged condition, complete with packaging, and all tags and labels attached. 

Change of mind is not allowed. Item/s may only be exchanged once, and based on stock availability of identical items, otherwise, additional costs shall be paid for by the customer should there be a difference in pricing.

All bodysuits and items on final sale may not be returned or exchanged unless determined by Atelierpca Incorporated to be with factory defect and must meet our return and exchange policy. 

Items returned to any of our physical stores will not be accepted.

All additional costs incurred during the return and exchange process such as shipping fees, duties and taxes, and other charges shall be paid for by the customer.

Atelierpca Incorporated reserves the right to refuse returns and exchanges that do not comply with our policy.

Stores

We allow a 30-day return and exchange from the date of purchase provided that the original receipt is presented at the Patton store where it was originally purchased and must meet our return and exchange policy.

Items must be in its original unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unstained, and undamaged condition, complete with packaging, and all tags and labels attached. 

Change of mind is not allowed. Item/s may only be exchanged once, and based on stock availability of identical items, otherwise, additional costs shall be paid for by the customer should there be a difference in pricing, including all additional costs incurred such as duties, taxes, and shipping fees.

Refunds

Before requesting a refund, please review our return and exchange policy.

Refunds may only be processed if the item is wrong or determined by Atelierpca Incorporated to be with factory defect.

Returned item must comply with our policy and should be sent back to our headquarters for quality checking which may take 1 to 3 business days upon receipt of your package. Customers will be notified via email should we need additional information or questions before processing the refund.

Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. Please see estimated processing lead time below:

  • Maya (Credit/Debit Cards) – 3 to 14 business days 

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your issuing bank’s refund time frame. Shipping fees, duties and taxes, credit card charges, and other fees are non-refundable.
